Do I need swimming skills to join?
Basic swimming ability is recommended, but non-swimmers can still join by wearing a life jacket and staying close to the guide.
Is this trip suitable for beginners?
Yes. All snorkeling spots are beginner-friendly with shallow and calm waters.
What should I bring with me?
Swimwear, towel, drinking water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a waterproof phone case if you want to bring your phone.
Can children join the trip?
Yes. Minimum recommended age is 5 years, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Will we definitely see turtles?
Turtles are often seen at Turtle Point, but sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed because they are wild animals. But the chance to see them is high.
What happens if the weather or sea conditions are bad?
For safety reasons, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled. You can choose another date or follow the refund policy.
Can I use my own snorkeling equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring and use your own snorkeling gear.
Where can I put my personal belongings?
You can leave them at your hotel room, we recommend bringing only essentials and using waterproof bags for valuables.
Are there changing rooms available?
Changing facilities are limited, so it’s best to wear your swimwear before arriving.
Is there insurance included?
Personal travel insurance is not included. We recommend guests have their own travel insurance.
Can pregnant guests join the trip?
For safety reasons, snorkeling is not recommended for pregnant guests.
Is the trip suitable for people with limited mobility?
This trip may be challenging due to boarding the boat and entering the water. Please contact us in advance to check suitability.
What time should I arrive at the meeting point?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Is sunscreen safe for the reef?
We strongly recommend using reef-safe sunscreen to help protect marine life.
